With youtube videos, I know this website you autoembed with the http: link so you copy and paste the URL from youtube and paste it here, then when you click post it gets autoembeded :)
if you have a video from different website, autoembed may not work, there is usually a "share" button when you click it you get a embed code, then when you post here use the full Reply version and click the URL button, a popup should come up where you can paste the embed code, and now the video is embeded into your post :)
Used to use SMF forum myself on my old website so SMF is quite knows to me :)
