Not to optimistic about this one if true. I know that if anyone can get the best out of his players it's Roy, however, I don't believe Piquionne is a poor player, it's his age (31) that concerns me.
Shouldn't we be looking at slightly younger alternatives?.
31 is almost a spring chicken in our team, i'm hoping for a few younger players coming in or i can see us having to replace a whole team the season after. I really hope the young German kid pushes his way into the team this year, he sounds very exciting.
Maybe he could take over from Erik as our supersub.
