With 15 games to go this is how I see us avoiding relegation.
Southampton Home 1 point
Man United Away 0 point
Liverpool Home 0 point
West Brom Away 1 point
Cheslea Home 0 point
Cardiff Away 1 point
Newcastle Home 1 point
Man City Away 0 point
Everton Home 1 point
Aston Villa Away 1 point
Norwich Home 3 points
Spurs Away 0 point
Hull Home 3 points
Stoke Away 1 point
Palace Home 3 points
------------
16 points plus 19 we already have
19
Total 35 points
I feel that 35 will be enough to keep us up as there are so many bad teams in the lower half who are unable to win a number of games in a row.
My calculations are provided on the fact we win our last three games at home. I still believe we can pull it off.
Thats an awful lot of draws for a team that dont know how to draw
Ditto on the draws.
Also, its a very optimistic view.
Without a big improvement we will struggle to 30
Well, that would be one point more with five matches remaining than we had in 2008, but GD is not going to favor us this time.
That's no wins for another 10 games, which would be a winless streak of 13 games. We will not stay up if we dont get a win until the middle of April regardless of the last 5 games being easier on paper.
We all know we're going down on goal difference - that would be bloody typical
I don't think we'll have a chance of surviving if the supposed results in the original post happen. That would put us on a 13 games run without a win. By the end of March our players won't even go out on the pitch at that rate...

It's all about confidence and form . West ham are picking up points and will have confidence from new signings and a draw v Chelsea, Sunderland are on a roll, palace winning games etc.. We don't offer any hope of even competing for 90 minutes or going all out for points.
We need to pick up 3 points from one or more of those away games to have any chance. The game on Saturday is beyond massive for us. Words can't express how important it is that we get something from that game.

Unless we dramatically turn our form around I have a feeling we're going to need to thrash a couple of teams at some point.
Relegation is all I see now!
We will win on Saturday
We won't win 3 home game on the bounce at the end. Probably 4 points from those games.
I am so pissed off with our management. We now decide to sign a player for 12.4m after playing Swansea and Sunderland. (two games I think could have been winnable with a few additions) I personally think it's over and signing a 12.4m player is idiotic as we'll end up losing him at the end of the season for half the price. All we can do now is hope for some freak results and SOMEHOW our players turn up the heat, We're only 2 wins away from 11th place... obviously that's without putting other results in.
Our must result games:
West Ham
Cardiff
Newcastle
Villa
Norwich
Hull
Stoke
Palace
We literally have to get at least a point against all these clubs as I feel all the other games are guarantee losses.
I am still hoping that we can turn at least two of the draws into wins.
