Title: 27.2
Post by: DeuceBigelow on February 09, 2014, 07:21:10 PM
The average age of the Fulham line up for today's match (Younger than Utd's!). To me this shows how much we are in transition at this moment in time, a minor revolution based on the last two years...It takes time to build.

A positive sign... I must admit when I first heard the lineup I gulped... A big theatre for some of the younger ones to get thrown in to. But the team did really well today.

It's a massive plus for us after being the oldest team for the last few years

I was excited at the line up. Young, hungry. A few ex UTD in the mix. I had a good feeling

Bear in mind we didn't even have 2 players who've been definite first teamers in Kasami (21) and Kaca (22). We've also played Passley twice (albeit in the cup), and David, Dembele, LVC and Plumain have come on too. Even if we do go down we have a really promising young base to build on.
