True, the decision is between having a good weekend out or a nice three points to get off to a good start. If it is the latter....West Brom at home.
...as first games of the season are usually on a Saturday in the premiership, it most definately won't be Newcastle away - sky will change the fixtures around so that we will play at St James' Park on a Monday night in November and an 8 o'clock kick off so that nobody will be able to get home by train 'da'n sarf' afterwards.
Of course prior to the final change sky will move it from a Saturday fixture to a Sunday fixture so that everyone can arrange a hotel and book a train ticket, and then re-rearrange it with a weeks notice to the Monday night...
