Technically she still is, but we don't sing God Save the Queen any more and she certainly doesn't have any statutory rights over us. But you are right she is the titular head although when we next have a referendum on the issue I am certain we shall become a Republic.
When I said "your Queen" I was having a joke but most Australians would never see it as that
