1 0 to us at half time. Not a lot in it between both teams, and very few chances, even our goal came from a cb dawdling on the ball and being disposed. Roberts has been very quiet, but both teams are just cancelling each other out

Roberts was deployed as a conventional left winger for most of the first half, during which England were under heavy pressure for most of the time and yet led with a decent opportunist goal. Some clever touches from Pat, but I think he  is at his least effective in this role. Started 2nd half on the right but was soon one of the many substitutions. Decent result (1-1) for England, although the game lacked competitive bite.

Noe Baba captained Ireland u19 to a 1-0 victory over Netherlands in Dublin.

Not bad at all for a guy who's almost a year younger than the next youngest player on the team.
