thank god Heskey isn't mentioned, the only way he'd have a chance of scoring is if there wasn't a goalie, and then its 50/50
The way Rooney has been playing he will trip up long before he reaches the penalty spot.
Agree with Mr. Lighthouse. Give the penalty to the best players on the day...it is a confidence thing, anyone knows that. Rooney and Milner? Are they regular penalty guys? Barry usually smashes it...dodgy with this new ball.
