So according to the interview on liverpools website, Liverpool first approached him 3 weeks ago, so what exactly have we been doing to find a replacement?!?

I'm sure we have someone already lined up. Alistair and MAF have know for some time and would not have been sitting on their hands during this process. They realize we need to move forward. I am sure MAF is crushed over Roy leaving though. Roy was always planning on leaving so in a way, I am sure MAF has always known he would have to replace him.
