.................Because to me being a fulham supporter is like life , one minute your up and the next your down , but you never loose your optimism or humour no matter how hard it gets !
Season Greetings to all our great supporters from Sweden !

Because otherwise I'd have too much to smile about at weekends.
Because I am a sucker for punishment :dft011:
:merry christmas:
Because I got life with no parole
Because once you start there is no going back.
Because after 65 years I don't know how to stop.
My husband said that to me when he came to the match Saturday. He said he don't know how I could travel to matches all the time, he said he couldn't be bothered .

He could have at least made an effort to look more excited :dft011:

The question is like what is the meaning of life?
There is no answer other than in philosophical terms.
If you have to ask, you will never understand the answer but for what it is worth
I support fulham with 100% commitment, because I always have and always will, it is part of what I am . Fulham is part of my being and fabric. It has been thus for as long as I can remember. I have always spent far too long concerning myself with the well being of the club and team and whether we should play the five man back four. Whenever 'stuff' occurs I always check the dates to make sure I can still go the game or whether I can get to a sneaky unexpected away game.
In the words of Rene Descartes,
I think therefore I support Fulham.
Happy Christmas
Because I like the PAIN, PAIN, PLEASURE, PAIN, PAIN, PAIN, PAIN, PAIN, PAIN, PLEASURE, PAIN etc, etc
Perhaps to many pleasures in there?
Does that make me a sadist?
I'm into S & M, I shop at M & S too.
Because I have extremely low expectations.

Ignore him Claire.....mostly it's fun isn't it.....and what about LVC.......sorry I'm getting boring about him aren't I......but love real footballing talent when I see it.
Think I've moved away from the topic here.
I go to Fulham, because craven cottage is the most charismatic sporting arena in the world, bar none xma2
It's in my blood.
Fulham til I die!
Hello, my name is The Enclosurite and I'm a Fulhamaholic.
I did not know there was a choice!

Because I have the brains of a Rocking Horse.
Yes! Like that answer! But for me, it's because my Grandad started supporting Fulham in 1903, then my dad, my uncles, my cousins and now me, my brothers, and my sons. (Grandson's not so sure!). So what else can I do? Fulham is for life.
The one cup win at wembley.
Then I'm done.
CorkCity, expectations are expectations, no matter how low - it sounds like you're looking for trouble. I used to be able to handle hope but even that got too much. Now I just worry about whether the underground's running when there's a game.
Because after 61 years I still love the club.

I'm in too deep.
:merry christmas:because even under felix i had witnessed worse, when i was first baptised unto the holly church of fulham

I did not know there was a choice!
some of us were not given that choice. infact some of us begged our dads not to take us on a 500 mile round trip, when you already knew the result.
90 minutes in the company of Fulham is like a lifetime of emotion.
Because I'm a glory hunter!
oh, hang on a minute...
Because Dad first took me to the Cottage when I was four and still very impressionable.
Thanks Dad 082.gif.
Getting the FFC tattoos removed is too costly.

Hello, my name is The Enclosurite and I'm a Fulhamaholic.
I think Fulhamaholic should be entered in the Oxford dictionary.... I will try and use it in scrabble!
I must of done something really, really bad in a previous life.
Once I make a stupid decision I'm so stubborn I stick with it.
The chance to buy a train ticket to Leeds for £20
Rehab didn't sort me out, so i'm stuck with the addiction and have given up trying to give up 093.gif
Because I must.
Is there any other way?
There is no way back
It's that or going shopping.
your team is your team. anyway, I am enjoying this league.
You choose your team or does your team choose you, either way stick with it.
as we once sung.....
I can't liiiiiiiiiiiiiiive, if living is without yooooooooou
I cannot think of any good reason not to.
because i like living on the edge!
Quite simply "because I want to"
God only knows sometimes but after 57 years I ain't going to change now
I promised my grandad I would always go to support the club no matter what division they are in and Fulham, especially being at the cottage makes me feel I'm part of something special.
As a teenager, I still remember walking up the terracing at the Hammersmith End and seeing the pitch open out in front of me, the river in the back ground and I had found the club that would stay with me the rest of my life. We lost that day in the FA Cup 1st round......I should have known better!
Since I only get one sentence...
Because my friend decided to see "Cats" instead of going to a Fulham match...
Cuz I'm a sucker for loyalty and it's the first game I went to.
One sentence?
Because I knew within 2 or 3 games that I would be a fan for life, because you stick with something or someone through good times and bad, because I hate shopping, I love football (I would honestly rather watch Fulham play and lose than not play at all), I love West London and the river Thames, I have many Fulham friends and enjoy the social side, the highs are so good that you forget the lows, it gives me a purpose in life, an escape from work, a reason to talk, a reason to sulk, a common interest with the wife, a reason to travel the Country and plan weekends away, a sense of pride, a sense of belonging and .............. FOF.
Moved to Southfields from Glasgow when young. Loved it from the first visit back in 1960. Stuck with them ever since, well you can't change can you?
I suppose supporting the Scottish national team wasn't painful enough so added Fulham to finish the job. :merry christmas:
Third generation supporter. It tends to get among the DNA.
...because the alternatives don't bear thinking about...
I'm the 3rd generation in our family and passing it to my son and its in my blood
My grandfather did, my dad did and so will I.
I've devoted so much time, money, emotion and passion into it, that it would be stupid to turn back now
Fulham gives me a warmth from the pit of my belly supporting them. Its not an aggressive or confrontational feeling just a warm, all are welcome feeling that win lose or draw I smile. Helps my dad uncle and cousin before me love them and cousin after me loves theme but as said before I would rather lose with fulham than win with someone else.
Thanks Dad 082.gif.

It can't be put into words, I can't turn off this infatuation, even on the other side of the world. I even sort of tried stopping for a while but it's like a itch inside the head that won't go away....
Too long in the tooth and too long supporting the best team in the world to stop now.
