Post by: JackyFulham90 on December 26, 2014, 01:27:19 AM
Ross McCormack & Scott Parker have 4 yellow cards this season, if they get booked tomorrow do they miss the Brighton game?

No there is a cut off for yellow cards before Christmas, I think the total rolls over until they get 10 and they get a 2 game ban.

I could be wrong thoufh, just my understanding.

The cut off for five bookings ended at end of November,  the next target is ten bookings by second Sunday in April.
The cards players have had are not cancelled.

Yes as MJG pointed out it's earlier than 31 December for the Championship.

A decent way of checking on suspensions is through the following: -

http://www.thefa.com/football-rules-governance/suspensions (http://www.thefa.com/football-rules-governance/suspensions)

It is a bit slow for updating on appeal outcomes (e.g. Agbonlahor) but is generally up to date.
