Brilliant result. The weather sounded like the 62 semi at Villa Park! Brilliant!

Except this time we got the penalty that Cook should have had and it only took 53 years to come round.

I was there, in 1962.  4 seasons in one afternoon (weather-wise, that is).  Or was it 5 ?

We had all the weather that day, played them off the park and got nothing. Those there will never forget Mo Cook's performance or that disgusting failure to give that penalty near the end at 1-1. After the finish the ref when into the Fulham dressing room and apologised. I bet that went down well....

I was there in 1962 but can't say that I remember the weather being a big factor although I do remember the friend who drove us there running out of petrol on the M1 on the way back. The motorway was newly opened and we had not adjusted to the distances between petrol stations.

It was a long time ago.

I reckon it went down about as well as Mo Cook did, that is not at all. Def at least 5 weather conditions that day.
