Title: Riverside
Post by: fulhaman on March 31, 2015, 11:07:35 AM
I have a few questions if someone can answer them?

Does anyone know when the plans run out of date?

Could we just put a brink down? and say we have started building?

And does anyone know how much we may have put already in planning? Surely enough to think the riverside should be built.
Plus does anyone know how many season tickets are made available to fans to buy every seasons?

And when do the prices come out for them?

Full planning has still not been achieved

last ballpark costs.....when 4 contractors bidded were around £8/£12m

lot of environmental and awaiting any challenges before full planning consent

Once you have full planning.....usually lasts around 5 years, before you need to re-submit

Season tickets.....for the Riverside.....or the ground in general??

Prices usually come out in the next couple of weeks....but me like a few others are possibly going down the Membership route next season.....

July 2016. But planning permission can be extended and also as long as preliminary work is done that will be seen as work started.

Not quite, but a lot of work has to be done to the riverbank first

And does anyone know how much we may have put already in planning? Surely enough to think the riverside should be built.
If you are talking money the club have said in meetings the bills are so far into the millions.

Too early to say

And when do the prices come out for them?
I refer you to my previous answer

I'm a season ticket holder in there JH stand and get a great view by the way .
If and when it happens froim what I've seen its an extention on there back from the middle outwards  with it extending into the river  foundation wise opening a public walkway outside of
The cottage.I can't see it happening however and why should it without premier league football.championship wise don't think we would fill ground with extra 2000 to 3000 seats.
