Title: So in theory, in our next game
Post by: fulhamben on October 23, 2016, 12:39:53 AM
It could well be possible that button, one of madl sig or kalas, plus odoi Malone Mcdonald, Johanssen, Jozabed,Piazon and Kebano don't make our first 11. That's potentially 9 of our summer signing not playing.  Crazy days

And yes, that's when I thought our signings would be good. They are not though. None of them.

And I'd swap the players because we just have better imo
Betts  better than button
Fredericks better than odoi
Only two of Kalas Madl and sig can play
Still think sess is the way to go over malone
Jozabed won't play
Tunni better suited than playing a second dm in Macdonald
Ayite over piazon
Cairney over Johansen
Kebano won't play.

Betts isnt better than Button
Fredericks is just an athlete, Pace is the only aspect he beats Odoi at. Odoi the better footballer.
Should be Kalas and Madl (Both new signings)
Sess and Malone is a hard one both decent imo.
Ayite is a new signing
Our business this summer was much better than last summer.
Funny how this forum only comes alive when we lose, When we win no one talks.

Neither injured, We have a lot of good attacking midfielders. Hopefully they both get their chance soon.

Yes, we have signed a load of squad players that were not really wanted at their previous clubs, none of them  able to establish a firm automatic place in the Fulham team. The result is that the Coach is continually rotating the players in the hope of finding a match day combination that fits his tactics.

If I remember right you were all for the foreign imports, saying how wonderful Jozabeds Spanish skills and Kebanos pace would suit us..Where are they?
7 Million down the toilet, and don't say they need time to adjust,we should have bought players already adapted to Championship football.

Don't come up with that old argument, Kits signings, different regime.
Lots of players out there, could have got decent
striker for 7 million wasted elsewhere.

Thats what we did last window and look were it got us.. Its much smarter to go abroad, good championship players are so overpriced, the rest are donkeys.
Champ experience = you pay 9mill for Chris Martin.

I dont know, They are both good players. Better than the championship equivalents we would get for that cash anyway.

if they were better they'd be in the team wouldn't they.
What I've seen of them is enough in my opinion to judge...Thought Ruiz was bad in this league, but I'm afraid these are worse..imo

Ben Marshall has a new contract on the table at Blackburn, still hasn't signed so might get him in January.

Neither is 'better' which is what makes the whole argument ridiculous.

You just beat me to it MNT.
I agree, being already proven in our league, and with a running down contract, he should not cost too much.
