Hi Woolly, I think it is called total confusion! Not the formation I had hoped for, but at least the other players are on the bench.

shows how thin we are on players even out wide, when piazon being off form means we have to change the formation. what is this, 5-3-2?
probably 3 5 2

not sure im a fan of this. losing an attacking playing for a cb whilst also making yourself vulnerable to width.
Maybe Kalas is RB and Fred is playing up front...

i remember quite a few on here insisting that kalas should be rb. i wonder if those now see him as a cb. and i could live with freds pace up top. been a long time since we had any

Am I the only one happy about this? Think its a smart tactical move. Fredericks will have a field day now.

By the way I'm a mile from the ground and the fog is next ti nothing at the moment. Certainly nothing like before.......

depends what reading do, think it potentially leaves us vulnerable to width

Yes that's true.

How can you moan about a change of formation? Haha. Let's play the same formation every game and see how long it takes for us to be found out!

It's a good change imo

Official website has us lining up as 3-5-2 with malone and Fred in midfield and Aluko up top with Martin

I don't think anybody is moaning, just slightly surprised! After beating them 5 nil obviously it makes sense to try something else....only joking!

This is how we played at Cardiff and we dominated them for 90 minutes, Ream is comfortable going left as is Kalas right. Malone and Fredericks work hard to fill in and we will be very good I think! 2-0 Fulham

My only concern is that with no striker they'll have to attack via Beerens and MacCleary on the wings, which could leave Fred and Malone exposed if they push forward

I'd agree with you on this but at the same time, only 1  up front plays well for us with 3 at the back. Swings and roundabouts!

Let's hope Habsi pulls a Habsi!  :005:
