A belated welcome to the read-out of Week Six's endeavours!
Rather like Leicester City's fortunes this season, this was one tough week, particularly when compared to the prior week's surge.
But that's no excuse to sack me :)
10lbs lost during the week, an average of 0.5lbs per participant.
The good news is that nobody is showing an overall gain, indeed since the start an average 7.8lbs per participant has been lost.
