Not now. I think that Newcastle win will spur them on.
Blackburn and Wolves messed us up. Even just holding on against Blackburn would have meant it was very much in our hands.
It still is, if we win every game then we are guaranteed. But is that realistic? Big ask now but I'd say it was 40/60. But you said yes/no so hard to be caught in the middle where I want to be.
Yep
No
yes

Agree. We needed them to drop points today. Next 3 games are very difficult and we need to win 2 and draw one as an absolute minimum
Yes, but I don't think we'll win it.
Nope
We won't either of our 2 home games.
no
yes we will make the playoffs but we won't win them. To be honest if we aren't going to win the playoffs it's probably better we don't make them, otherwise it will much up our transfer window
We need to be within 3 points of Wednesday going into the last match. One word answer only. Possible.
Maybe.
Danny boy got it in one. Blackburn and Wolves.
I have always thought we would be and this is not over yet. so Yes

We may only need to be level with them on the last day.
If our goal differential stays the same a draw will do us.
I know it's nerve wracking but so was Portsmouth
I can see us having to go there to win on the last day, to level our points total, and beat them to sixth place on goal difference. More wishful thinking, but you have to live in hope, whilst we are still in with a shout. It does seem we really need to score three to ensure a win, and after losing Mousa and Ross, we are still banging in the goals which is really good to see.
Penalties :031:
Depends
Next week's matches will determine whether we will. Norwich away vs Cardiff at home. If we can match Wednesday's result then it will come down to the last game of the season. I think.

I meant before the game we need to be at worse three points behind them and we can then win it and have the better GD.

wolves were without their two best players yesterday and if it was like that against I'm convinced we'd have beaten them.

If only I knew the German for it..........
I see the remainder of the league season as having two stages: i) Can we go to Hillsborough with a play-off place riding on the outcome? ii) Can we win there to make the play-offs?
At this point, we must focus on the first stage. We almost certainly won't be in the play-offs before we go to Hillsborough. Even if Wednesday gather as few as 6 points from their next four matches, we would need four victories to make the last game a dead rubber.
More realistically, we will need to match Wednesday's points total to within one point over the next four matches. If the Owls get 8 points or fewer, we have a decent chance; three wins or better for Wednesday and our margin for dropping points may prove too tight.
