We have nothing to do with TIFF. That is still running but it does seem there is a fault with Voy
Really? I thought it was one of those periodic Voy problems as I can't get on to the Exiles site either

Marvelous stuff, but I happen to be a one trick pony and will only deal with one site for my Fulham needs. Tiff, Toff, Tottie, Tittie, Tie, twit, There is Only One Toe in a Camel and so on dot com does not interest me at all.
What is of interest my friends is FoF. It is family to me, especially now that I live in the US. The other sites are as interesting as Iain Dowie explaining the offside rule to Fat Freddie whilst trying on new sunglasses.
I'll register.. obviously my loyalties are here at FOF.. but we're all in the same Business... Promoting and loving Fulham Fc..
I can't understand the morons who post on these sites with no real interest in the club, but wanting to start a row or controversy!

Can't really say Tony, apart from we will be more lenient or tolerant. We have the ability to block the obvious and will move posts to "Purgatory" rather than delete. If no reasonable reason is given as to why posts should stay then we will delete. Hope that makes sense

It's like meeting different groups of friends in different pubs. Go where the craic is.
For me all that matters is that the nutters are excluded.

Go where the craic is and avoid nutters sounds like as good a plan for a happy life as I can think of!
Good luck to em. A lot of the old regulars on the Voy site seemed to have stopped posting, or seriously cut back. If this gives them a place where they feel happier then fair play. That is what started FoF I think - people wanting a decent virtual pub to mix with like minded Fulham types in.
The more quality, well moderated Fulham boards the better.

your username would be "OldBrownShoe" and your password "something you can remember"

you can choose to stay logged in "forever", however if you do have to login (should you acquire a new confuser or sum-such) having a password written down always helps - assuming you can find the bloody pice of paper its written on! (voice of painful experience)
I'm almost afraid to sign up if Cheggers is a mod, but what the heck.
I really think if you are going to have any good MB you will need to have good Mods. If your post is taken off for whatever reason then you need to accept it and move on. I have had at least three or four taken off FOF. Bad taste, inappropriate use of a kitchen utensil. That sort of thing. So the new TFI needs to be vigilant. But looks fine and worth a pop for anybody.

I agree with that.
The test will be how they deal with those who's intention is to undermine the board. The fact that the new board exists (and this one for that matter) is simply because such people are out there ready to have their fun.
Mods need to be ruthless in eliminating them. Proper posters who may occcasionally overstep the line can easily be accomodated.
The thing is us Moderators talk alot behind the scene so that any action we take is reasonable.
Also if we remove posts or have issues.. we're upfront with the poster so that we can get the problem sorted and move on.
Its a pleasure to keep FOF in good shape.. i really think this board goes from strength to stength..

Couldn't agree more Mr Ska.
I have had a few run-ins with Mr Ed, but I have to readily admit I deserved every bit of it, but in 2000+ posts something like that is likely to happen. Anyway, wish the best of luck to the new site, but I will not use or visit it. I am happy here.
I just tow the party line and dont post anything dodgy, that's why i've never had a post pulled or been banned from sites or even nicked :002:
