i do not think that is the best 11, piazon is nowhere near the standard despite the few people on this MB that seem to have a blind spot where he is concerned. for him to be anywhere near good enough his work rate and application would need to increase massively.
that front three is very iunbalanced and Isuspect all we have today is another runnout for fitness because we do not yet have a sqyad worthy of the name.

Madl said in his interview last week that those who had a knock stayed at MP to recover, but he went over to Austria as he's from the area the team where in. Kebano put a picture of himself in training gear on his instagram story so I'd assume he's doing rehab work at MP with Odoi.

1-1 at Half Time. Our offensive capabilities are lacking. This could be a very tough season ahead for us. Mid-Table at best if we don't shore up depth in the squad and bring in some new faces. The time to act is now.
I hope we are not going to persist in 1 lone striker up front this season, that is the reason the midfield scored so many.

It is clear even to a recluse living in a cave on Mars, that as it stands whether on paper or in practice. We are more than liable to concede at least one goal a game. That immediately puts pressure on the team to score at least 2 before we start. What's going to happen when we start playing in the real world.
We need 4 to 6 players, at least 3 of them automatic starters.
It's not ideal that it's only two weeks away from our first league match.
But time is of the essence, heaven knows what goes on behind the scenes, but it feels like watching the Keystone Cops.
Anyway late or not, they have to start getting their act together and their backsides into gear, as Kline and Co have been barking up the wrong Trees, in the wrong Forest so far. They need to start looking nearer home, get these players in over the line, otherwise a few injuries on top of the current incompetence, inefficiency and negligence will scupper our season before we start.

He had a knock for the West Ham game so I'd think/hope we decided to give him some game time but not overdo it so we gave him 30 Minutes.
Thanks Gents. At least we are finding the net. It's keeping them out at our end seems to be an on going problem. So hopefully out of this workout the club have a better idea of what needs to be done to ensure we are fully prepared for Norwich.

Betts man of the match, djalo clearly out of his depth, we look good going forward. If we bring in a cent back we'll be fine, if we bring in good cb and a very good striker we can push for promotion.
So pleased to see that Betts is still with us . . . I had been wondering.
Behind that defence betts was always going to get plenty of practice.
Let's hope Betts signs a new contract.

With these players is there any hope of a clean sheet against Norwich in two weeks time, I suspect not.
If we sign a good central defender and left back on Monday is there any chance of a clean sheet against Norwich, no hardly enough time to bed them in.

Aye, I believe we will be scored upon within the first 20 minutes 0-1 to Norwich going in at Half Time. We will score between the 50th-60th minute and bring it to a 1-1 scoreline, with Sess or Fredericks knocking in the winner around the 85th. Fulham win 2-1.
