Edun makes league debut and Kait and S Sess on bench. The kids are in town. Not sure if this is panic or wise but we will soon see. Good luck to them.

I think it's mainly down to injuries.

It could either work or spectacularly backfire. Derby have a great, experienced team.

Great to see the kids getting some game time. But I'm afraid we have given up promotion this season and we're already in preparation for next season. All fit (Kline-)players not making the squad today most likely gone in January.

With no Johansen or KMac in the middle the pressure on Cairney to produce the goods is now enormous. Can't help but think Derby will stifle him and we will run out of ideas. There again, this is Fulham, anything might happen. COYW!

Wonder how Jordan Graham feels. He's been completely snubbed.

This must rank as one of the most stupid comments of all time. No coach/manager would want that on his CV.

A very bold move by Slavisa - really pleased to see Luca de la Torre, Steven Sessegnon and Mattais Kait in the squad and Tayo Edun getting his first league start. The youngsters fully deserve their chance.

There are others just below them chomping at the bit. Maybe we need to move ahead with blooding the youngsters and mixing youth with experience and stop spending piles of cash on overseas players who can't adapt to the Championship.

We have probably the best Academy outside the Premier League and we need to get these players who are from lots of nations and who are being blooded in their international squads and used to the way we play (as all year groups play the way the first team squad does).

I am pleased to see the youngsters in, as opposed to Klines imports.

The kids , Edun and de la Tore both did well, good to know that we have cover in midfield so that for the rest of the season we have no need to play half fit players.

Perhaps now Edun and de la Torre can be added to the Programme list of players.

We can't count on a good transfer windows to be successful. Jokane knows it too. Rather than playing the Mollos and Grahams who won't be here beyond this season anyway, give the youth a chance. They are very talented and with some game time could be the backbone of Fulham for years to come.
