No - per BBC: The 2018 African Nations Championship (CHAN) in Morocco is the fifth edition of the tournament that features only players plying their trade in their own domestic championships.

Perhaps we should have a couple of scouts there looking for a new striker.
I suspect that is a dated statement  as we will have the latest stats beamed from Africa straight to Motspur park as they are collected and will make decisions on information free of human contamination.
