Roger, I went to ESPN and clicked on watch and it asked for my TV provider (it lists several), I keyed Disg and logged in to my Dish account and viola. Its not on yet but here's hoping.
It hasn't started yet on ESPN 3. It starts in 10-15 minutes, at 11:25 or 11:30.
ESPN will let you stream via your cable provider credentials

It's available on ESPN3. You can access it on your tablet. 👍
