Interesting (and disappointing, especially in view of points gap now) what he says about complacency re Burton and Sunderland:
"I think there were some games we went into thinking we just had to turn up to win; Burton and Sunderland away for example. You need to earn the right in the Championship to go and play. You've got to work your nuts off to get it together. So maybe we've become a bit nastier. Defensively, we're much more compact now. We're hard to beat as well, which wasn't always the case before. And the free-flowing football, when it gets going, is a joy to play in."
