Your Team to face Man City today is as follows:

Slav really likes to surprise everyone. This is I think the most surprising lineup so far.
I like Johansen in for Anguissa.
I can't see that defence not conceding 4 goals.
Wow, he does doesnt he!
Nice to see Ayite back in contention at least.
Like this ,going for it 100 miles an hour,,,,,,3-1 Fulham..
I am trying to be optimistic, but that defense is going to get trashed.
Sess v Sane will be like when he got absolutely murdered by Helder Costa a few years ago, why not play an actual left back??

He will absolutely get murdered!
Actually though that Bryan has been our best defender when on the pitch.

We have gone for pace in that defence, Man City fo not put lofted balls into the box, it's quick, fast flowing which slav has tried to counter that with the fastest defence we have

I can't see that defence not conceding 4 goals.
And the rest.
Sess and Christie not the best defenders.
Fear a thrashing when you see their team on paper!!

+1 for both. Surprised to see Odoi ahead of Chambers and MLM. Bryan now not started the last two matches.
Cant really see a problem with this defence as he is still experimenting. I think Christie should have a chance and Odoi and Mawson are our best CB's at the mo. I would like to see Bryan at LB though and feel he is putting Sess in there because the front 3 are playing well and he wants Sess to get on the pitch, but Bryan for me is better in that position.
But as usual in Joka I trust!
No MLM, yes!!!!!!!!!
Thought Sess was a shoe-in for this game but not at the back.
Also really like StefJo in for this one, hussle for your life for 70mins kid

I wish he wouldn't change the team every game. We can't get any chemistry by doing that. Why is Anguissa not in the side. Christie and Sess are going to get destroyed
Bryan should be a left back for me.
but hey ho. he's the boss.
COYW!
I thought Sane was on Christie's side of the pitch? I like the team he's picked especially with Steff to add a bit of box to box.
This lineup is way too offensive. This is our most attacking lineup of the season and we are playing the best team in the league.
Jocanovic still searching for his best team as he was for a long time after his arrival here.
Just can't believe Sess. is in as left back and Christie as right back, this is no stronger than last season's back four, bet it will all change again next week for the Watford game.

Christie is not even a good attacker, he's championship player at best. I hope to God I'm wrong.
First game his crossing was absolutely shocking, couldn't hit an elephant 5 paces away, and he had crossed the ball a lot.
Odoi is a constant risk as well, making mistakes vs teams like City... This will be interesting :)
No Kamara on the bench, Ayite the only attacking option, NOT GOOD!!
At the end of the day everyone expects us to lose this one, so might as well experiment!
As has been said Slav never ceases to surprise us! COYW!! 049:gif :clap_hands: :yay:

Damn, don't like the look of our subs 4 defenders, a dm and ayite. That doesn't inspire me with confidence that we can change it if things don't go to plan
In recent seasons, the teams who have performed best against Man City have attacked the most and not sat back, so I can understand Slavisa's logic in playing attacking players in response to one of the messages above, teams who sit back rarely have a chance.
However, Bryan for me would have been suitably offensive in the LB role ... if sess didn't have the defensive quality to play at left back against championship teams, then i'm not sure why he will be any better against the best team in England.
Good to see vietto at left wing, we'll need his high fitness levels across the 90 minutes.
Pretty defensive bench, but pretty attacking XI

Maybe Slav thinks we'll surprise them with a goal or two and then he would change all of our attackers for defenders.
I think he is expecting us to defend for long periods in the game and therefore our defence will be knackerd, quite literally!

Luckily, Man City have no elephants in their squad.

Lol, for once we are in total agreement.
It didn't look anything but a defensive midfield but they can't get anything going. We are in for the cricket score against us we were expecting. Still if Fulham had scored a goal like City's second it would have been a handball given. That is a fact.
Didn't expect too much from the game, seem to waste opportunities from corners though.

I'm sure we'll be back to normal soon.
