been trying to buy tickets for Arsenal away and Oldham home but the on line ticket store wont let me and Fulham ticket office just doesn't answer the phone in fact it automatically hangs up after about 15 mins any body else having problems?
I bought my Arsenal ticket online 2 days ago.
been trying since yesterday ticket office not answering the phones and cut off after about 15 mins main number not taking calls either Seen others having problems on twitter
just got message from ticket office " DUE TO HIGH NUMBER OF CALLS WE CAN NOT ANSWER YOUR CALL" and they cut me off after waiting about 20 mins
Just been online and bought tickets with no problem, try again.
getting message "www.eticketing.co.uk refused to connect." every time no matter what card i use
I had trouble when buying tickets last night onmy phone, but was okay when I used a tablet.
Maybe try a different browser?
Just bought Oldham tickets in two separate transactions with no problems.
still cant get them ticket office not answering the phone still cutting me off due to lines being busy tried different browser no luck so will have to give it up
I have just tried online again Ged and had no problem.

I am struggling to get my Oldham (season) tickets as well - crappy website
Same here. Website doesn't work (have tried using different browsers) and ticket phone line not working.
Tried both all afternoon yesterday and again this morning.
Even the FFC main phone line doesn't connect.
Very frustrating!

they are having problems after changing phone and internet providers
leave your details on the contact us page and they should phone you

Just tried booking tickets online for tomorrow & couldn't do it, got to the press to purchase stage twice & couldn't connect icon came up?
Had to do it over the phone, hope the money doesnt come out twice, going to be an expensive day if it does

Ditto - can't believe it . The game clashed with another family commitment but I was determined to go . This whole fiasco changed my mind for me.
