Johansen was subbed at HT for Norway - anyone know if he is now injured?

From what I read, it was reported as a tactical sub and not because of injury. So hopefully it only meant some additional rest for him.
Hope they all did well for their countries but our main interest is to see them all back at Motspur Park fit and ready for the Stoke match.
