Title: Seventeen games remaining
Post by: The Swan on January 30, 2020, 08:36:29 PM
Eight at home and nine away. We must win our eight at home as we still have to play Leeds, QPR, Forest and WBA away. Other games away where we could slip up at are Millwall, Derby and Bristol.
Of the eight home games where we could have a problem are Swansea, Preston,Brentford, Cardiff and Sheffield Wednesday.

We must start the ball rolling this Saturday by beating Huddersfield.

Lets hope that Mitro comes back soon fit and desperate to score more goals to win the leading goal scorer  in the Championship and of course to help Fulham get automatic promotion.

We need 90 points, 13-14 wins. Tough.

But we should be fairly comfortable for the playoffs. 8-9 wins.

I'd be surprised if WBA gets 89 points, but if they are one point ahead by the third last game expect them to park the bus against us, so there is two points lost.

Looks tough to me especially as we are having difficulty scoring goals, Huddersfield looks like one of the easier games so the pressure is on for a 3-0 win on Saturday.

Both Leeds and WBA won six games in a row that is what we need to do to get ahead of them, the next six are the easiest run we get. If we can get to 10 games to go on 67 points things our chances are good.
