The away kit.
A bit underwhelmed by the home shirt. It's pretty dull in design.
The away kit.
[/quote]...is atrocious, how they think anyone will buy that is beyond me
I'm in a queue to view this ur new kit. Must be good if so many people are trying to look at it 😂😂
Waiting list! I just want to see it, not buy it lol
Seen it now after watching the drawn out video on the home page. Home shirt looks smart but the yellow away shirt is awful.
Christ, a queue to get on the Fulham website.
Quite like the away kit to be fair.

Always disliked a yellow away strip- what has Fulham got to do with yellow??

Don't mind the home kit slightly 80's esk, as for the away kit, never liked yellow for any kit yuck.
Don't think yellow with white detailing is a good look.
Is there a requirement for at least one Premier League team to play in puke-yellow any given season?
Awful away kit
Like the Home one, nice and clean in our colours and no stupid little added bits n bobs you are seeing in a lot of other clubs...9 out of 10 from me.
I never care that much about the kit. But I like the home kit but agree that the away kit is poor. Yellow is only one step up from pink
I ain't buying it this season
Away shirt is disgusting.
Yellow is not a Fulham colour.
Home kit very boring & as for the away kit we would look like Norwich. Glad I don´t buy these REPLICA shirts. They are poor quality & not the real ones worn by the players with all the official badges. £55 for a sweat shop produced shirt costing pennies to make is a rip off. I don´t care if the club makes huge profits selling these , they will not earn any from me.
Really poor shirts.
Won't be buying this year - that yellow is awful
I wish they spent the same amount of time designing the shirts as they did on creating the video they used to unveil the shirts :005:

Love the New kit and will hold judgement on away until I see it up close

I do think the video is class. Hector commented "Finally" on Twitter so even the players have been bored of waiting!
The more I look at it the more I dislike it.
I just think the neck and black panels look too low, will reserve complete judgement until I see it in the flesh.
The away can be forgotten about, hideous in yellow.
Goalkeeper kits are nice however.
And my son is now too old/tall for the mini kit so no chance he gets it this year [emoji3525]
Loving the new home kit! The release video was amazing! Our creative team really knows how to release a kit with that video.
Nah, don't like either shirt very much. The home one is Very Very Bland, shame as we have had some very nice shirts in the past, but this has nothing to it. That away shirt looks like a hi vis cycling top. Much prefer a red or black, or combo for an away shirt
Think the home kit really tasteful and like the Craven Cottage badge idea. Why do away kits have to be so tasteless?
No complaints from me. Home kit isn't my all time favourite but it's decent IMO. Away is a bit shocking but our away kits are always a bit marmite.
Liked the video too
The home kit reminds me of the 80's one that was only available from North End Road sports shop or the one up towards Hammersmith Broadway.
Loved that kit, so love this one, really nice and way better than the drab old white shirt that Leeds have (worth waiting 2 weeks for).
for what its worth, i really like them both. i like the yellow too! controversial i know
Blingo likes the home kit. The away kit is a no no for blingo.
I wouldn't mind the cottage badge on the back becoming the club's official badge...
Home seems serviceable (may replace my Kappa Dempsey home shirt that is getting rough around the edges). The question is who to put on the back...
The away shirt looks like a keeper's shirt.
Away kit would have been much nicer with black detailing
Last time we had a yellow away kit we came 7th, just saying...
Maybe it's because I'm younger but I don't mind it, perhaps wouldn't have used white but I'm sure it'll look nicer in person. Personally really like the home kit, think it's quite smart. The touch on the back of the neck with the use of the cottage railings detail is nice too
I think the home kit is quite classy, clean and uncluttered, with reference to past kits, the Cottage emblem on the back is a nice touch.
Away kit - I'd always prefer black and red, but it's ok for me. i suppose it will fulfil the job, of having a shirt totally different to the opposition when colours clash.

Fulham historically started in light and dark blue quarters but ppl moaned about the use of blue. Away kit always up for colour changes at basically every club and I think we had done ok with yellow Before (1998/99)
I wonder what sleeve sponsor we will have?
:023:
Don't mind the home shirt, hate the yellow away one.
Don't mind either kit to be fair, but as that luminous green away kit from the 80s is one of my faves I perhaps have questionable tastes.
The only thing that I am not too keen on is the size of the sponsor logo (too big), along with who it is (not a huge fan of that industry).
the away kit is an absolute shambles.
if the owner's son really had a care for heritage he would know we play in red ad black away from home not billious yellow.

Love Villarreal's kits. Doesn't seem very Fulham at all though. Why not just solid black?

I really don't understand the criticism. Nobody forces you to spend your hard earned cash to buy it. I think the home shirt is great. It reminds me of the shirt we wore when the Derby fiasco happened.
Well my 8 year old son thinks they are 'absolutely awesome' so I'll be buying them both for him. That's how I judge it now that I'm in my 40s and wouldn't be seen out in a football shirt.

Is the right answer.
I'm with those who like the home shirt. I think it's smart and tasteful.
For those criticising our choice of yellow for the away kit, it is worth remembering that last season's red away kit is this season's third strip so our away kit was always going to be something other than our more traditional red. And if we're not having red, I'd rather yellow than blue.

For purely selfish reasons (my favorite color), I was hoping for something green.
Fulham online store currently has a queue for shopping. Kit must be pretty popular.
What's the shorts n socks like...Orange and pink.😋
Home kit isn't terrible. Nothing super unique, but at least it's kinda clean and classy. The away is dreadful, not much thought put in.
Glad I perserved with this thread and finally found some positive messages.
FFC, if you are monitoring this site for fan reaction, Thought the video and new home kit, FIRST CLASS.

Agree about the release video, top notch that.
Would love to understand the process that takes place when planning / designing our kits.
Do they just pull the colors out of a hat and go with it?
Someone on here made some mock up designs and 90% of those were better than these.
I just fail to understand why our kits are often so crap.

I think we pick the colour... or at least have a substantial say. I feel sure for a family that bleat on about tradition then yellow is a bizarre chioice and to be fair it is totally ghastly.
Whoever designs these shirts and chooses the colour needs certifying, and they probably get paid a nice little earner.

We had all yellow in 2007/08 and that turned out to be quite a good year so give it a chance :)

But isn't it the point that clubs want to sell as many shirts as they can and it should therefore appeal to as many as possible
The away kit just has to be a failure, a little black trim may have helped.
The home shirt is quite good but not as good as some from the past, why not simply revive a top old design.
I thought advertising betting on shirts was to be banned, am I wrong.

The 3rd kit in 08-09 was all yellow
I don't like it. I wish they would keep with a classic home look. White shirt, black neck and trim. Black shorts. Plain white socks with maybe a black line or lines at the top. Away kit should be a black top with white trim. Third kit should be blue for the River Thames. Done.

Also reminiscent of Villa away in the cup 1998

I was thinking a rendition of Yellow Submarine
away kit is class although I agree that it could do with some black trim.
reminds me of the wigan away trip [we won, dempsey & dembele scored] when we tore a wigan fan in a bright yellow top to shreds. it obviously only got worse for him the more worked up he got. one of the funniest moments i've experienced at a ground.
Anyone that can guess the third kit? Black and red?

I love the Away Shirt, while it is truly the ugliest shirt I have ever seen, some university did research years ago about what colour is easiest to pick out a pass for.
The findings were best colour was the colour team was use to and second a "bright canary yellow". It seems we will aiming to win AWAY GAMES ugly, starting with the ugliest shirt ever. GO FULHAM!
The same research said a team should train in a light gray, don't know why. But if you remember, Slavisa wanted to train in light grey. If Yellow gains us a point great, then I love the ugly colour even if it looks like Chelsea Away, .
One mans trash is another mans treasure. For me that is what the yellow away kit is. Some see trash and others see a good kit that works as a great away kit that doesn't clash with other team's kits.
Not a fan of it but don't hate it.
Home kit looks like a nice retro-throw back. Away kit looks designed for one thing only - keeping our players aware of their teammates in tough away venues. Can't claim confusion when everyone on your team is wearing safety jacket yellow highlighter yellow! It also doesn't look that bad. Better than gold or orange of yesteryear.

Away kit looks good.
I like both, home more than away. Although I will never buy an away shirt again, as the last one I bought saw us get hammered 5-0 at home by Watford, not that I'm superstitious or anything.
Are the socks all white or black.
No players modelled whole strip yet?
Shorts are black, socks are white

Quite like the away kit to be fair.
Me too, sharp and uncluttered.
I'm not overjoyed by the kits but they are OK IMO.
The 2nd kit is an off the peg adidas template while the 1st kit looks like it has some customising.
I didn't like the black sleeves on our shirts when we reached a major Euro final.
I wasn't keen on yellow when we had it as a 3rd kit during a season we achieved 7th place.
So who know's?
We were due a change of style after a few safe years with mainly white shirts and safe 2nd kit designs.
The home shirt design is fine I think and thankfully the sponsor logo is fairly plain so all in all pretty good.
For the away shirt I think it's purely a marketing choice, so they can promote a different colour shirt - if it is red/black again people are probably less likely to buy it. I think a lime or gold would be more interesting as the main colour with the trim a different colour than white - maybe navy, burgundy or black. Yellow is a pretty uninspired choice and I always remember them as being our worst kits over the years.
I like the home kit (except the badge, of course) and the video answered my question about the roundel detail. I thought it looked like a cast iron coalhole cover (another interest of mine), but the detail of the decorative railings is very clever. Can anyone on here with access to the Cottage confirm if the manufacturer's name is on it? Wouldn't be surprised if its a Hayward product (see here for its history: http://faded-london.blogspot.com/search/label/Hayward%20Brothers and here for my coalhole cover blog: https://coalholecover.blogspot.com/)
The home kit is slick and elegant, perfect for the club in my opinion and the hexagons gives it a kind of modern twist, and the batch in the back it's a great tribute to our stadium
I wanted to buy the away kit this year but I don't like the yellow one and the home kit is too good to not buy it, so the home kit it is
