Don't think Reed will ever be on the cards. Only ones I can see getting a call up would be Lookman and Tosin.
I think Reed is a too specialised tool for the England team. He's been spectacular lately, but I'm not sure he's well-rounded enough for internationals and England have some decent options in the centre of the park.
Tosin is doing all the right things, and England's defence is famously shakey. I can't see him breaking through soon, but I wouldn't rule it out in the future.
Reed has been great for us recntly but he has yet to firmly establish a place in the Fulham team, I think Lumina is ahead of him just now.
Tosin, early days but if he continues as he has started why not.
If he gets too impatient waiting Tosin could always chose to play for Nigeria ahead of England.
Maybe if they were at a bigger team. I think there could be a place for Reed as a backup for Declan Rice but it won't happen. As for Tosin I think he could definitely get in there in a year or two if he keeps up the performances. Lookman could get a look in if he keeps doing well (assuming he does stay in the Premier League).

I think Lookman could be in for a shout if he continues scoring and creating. Tosin maybe yes- he's young and his first full season in the PL
