My vote is ..Areola.kept us is so many games, created so much confidence in our defence. If only we could keep him, he's a great goalkeeper.
Areola full stop.
Harrison
Areola or Andersen, but Areola probably edges it. He has kept us in so many games and certainly kept the goal difference down.
Tough call between Areola and Andersen.
I will go with Andersen since he has been great deffensivly but is also so important when we have the ball, great range of passing, calm and hardly ever gives it away.
Andersen, Areola and Harrison. All three have been superb. Mention also for Aina, Tosin and Tete. Lamina has been above expectations as well. But all personal opinion. Biggest disappointment RLC.
Andersen by a country mile given his ability to influence games at both ends of the pitch. Areola has certainly been the best Fulham 'keeper for a while and I'll be sorry to see him go if we are relegated, but he is not yet the finished article, IMO. Outside those two Reed had an excellent run of performances but has found the going tougher the longer the season has gone and the less well assembled our midfield has been (because we haven't had a recognised striker). No real stand outs elsewhere but it has been a pretty poor season for consistency which IMO is why we are where we are.
Agree with Tosh though Areola has been excellent.
Agree with everything Tosh said to be honest.
1. Andersen
2. Areola
3. Reed

This sums it up well for me.
Areola hands down...nope sorry that Betts with hand s down.
Areola been by far best player on a consistant basis.
Honourable mention for Bobby Decordova-Reid.
Maybe not a popular opinion but he is our top goalscorer. From 8 shots on target he's scored 5 which is an impressive ratio at least.

I bow to your use of the word consistency and the fact that a goalkeeper more than anyone else of the pitch has to impose on those in front of him. My caveat is that I think he has the makings of becoming a superb 'keeper and it would have been great to see that happen as a Fulham player. My other caveat is that I saw what Andersen offered from day one (less so from Areola before Andersen arrived). But you are right I shouldn't have used the phrase 'country mile' ...

I'm not 100% sold on Andersen...I think his lack of pace and focus recently give him a black mark against, but the keeper has kept us in games we should have lost big time. Can see it as a close call on both.
Areole
Andersen
Reed
All three have served the club incredibly well this season - shame that two will probably depart next season
Areola - apologies
1. Andersen (close to MOTM every game and the leader that we needed)
2. Areola (Many match winning/saving performances - brilliant after an initial shaky start)
3. Reed (it took him 3-4 games to get up to the pace of the Premier League but since then has been magnificient)
Id add one in there- Ola Aina. He's like a huge upgrade on Dennis' versatility. I've been very impressed with him all season but I'd say Areola number one, Andersen then Aina.

Reid has missed too many half chances which in our predicament have to be taken.
Agree with the majority it is a three horse race Anderson, Areola and Reed with Anderson winning by a clear length.

That may as well be but he's missed far far less than others.
Cav, RLC and Mitrovic are the worst offenders by most metrics when it comes to chances missed.

Areola has been nothing short of superb, super consistent and is without doubt one of the best keepers in the division.

It's quite hard to separate Andersen and Areola but I'd go along with this.
Andersen by a mile
Kongolo - has barely put a foot wrong on the pitch all season. Sorry that should read - has barely put a foot on the pitch all season.
Andersen. Leadership is such a valuable trait, and he can do it all. Fantastic defender, but also playmaker and leader. Really going to miss him when we go down.
Andersen we were shipping on average 3 goals a game before he came in. Considering he was 7-8th choice at the time he has played very well at this level.
I vote Andersen rather than Areola.
For the reason that an outfield player has more to consider with the game going on around him rather than a keeper who mainly plays with the game going on in front of him.
That may sound odd but its the only way I can separate them as both have brought order to a team in crisis as well as their ability.
Many other players IMO have individually played very well this season and yet we can't win a game, which highlights two big things to me.
1. PL matches are even harder to win this time round despite having a much improved team for most of the season.
2. Despite individual PL level performances by many of our players the seasons been a failure due to a lack of ability in key areas.
Areola
1. Areola
2. Anderson
3. Harrison
Andersen for me. Honourable mentions for Areola and Reed.

Areala is world class! Like every other GK he makes the occasional mistake but he really is something special. At the start of the season his punches seemed to be his only weak spot but it looks like he has learned from his mistakes. I really wish there was some way we could keep him but sadly that's probably not gonna happen. Possibly the best GK I've seen at Fulham, and we've had some really great ones!
Andersen has been amazing too but I somehow have a feeling he may have had the season of his life and perhaps has overperformed slightly. I would still want us to keep him of course, he is pure class and BY FAR our best CB since Hangeland but sadly he will leave at the end of the season no matter what division we're in.
Reed has been the big surprise for me. I honestly didn't expect him to be quite good enough for the PL. I didn't think he would have the pace for it but he covers more ground than anyone else. His character, work rate and determination more than weight up for his limitations. I hope he will stay with us for a very long time and will avoid injuries. With his style of playing I fear he may get a really bad injury sooner or later...
Areola, Harrison reed,Anderson.
It appears that the general opinion is that Anderson, Harrison Reed and Areola in any order are the outstanding players above other members of the team and I agree.
