Walked into my gym this morning and there's Mitro.....rolling out his hips and looking motivated to work out when they have been given time off.
Always exciting to see one of the team giving it his all.
That's great to hear & well done for not disturbing him.
Why wouldn't he use the excellent training facilities at MP?

That's what i thought, but he could have been with his wife and children and just making use of the excellent facilities at this particular gym....not sure if his kids were having tennis/swimming lessons
