Title: Round of applause, Muniz
Post by: Denver Fulham on January 22, 2022, 05:38:36 PM
Stepped into a tricky spot and was superb. Goal(s), work rate, connecting play, tracking back.

Really excellent. Hats off to him.

Sublime finish. Top corner with a minimal angle available.

His goal was immense, but his all round play was really impressive too. Love to see it.

I've only seen the short highlights on Sky, but his goal was lovely!

Makes sense Cavaleiro, Muniz and Carvalho are the only Portuguese speakers in the team (outside of the coaching staff). Sure that Cavaleiro helped him acclimatise.

Problem is when Mitro has recovered how are we going to give Muniz game time, is it worth giving a 4-4-2 formation a try, Muniz/Mitro up top cold produce goals.

Neeskens and you kick Fabio out to the left. I think it is a great option against some of the teams who pack it in.

That goal was world class. The confidence running through this team at the moment is amazing.
