GET IN!!!!

Son is arguably my #2 favorite professional footballer (Vinicius...Real Madrid).   We need Tete to do a job on him tonight.

If we get a point I'm buying the people at the local bar a round of drinks tonight.

They are almost as direct as we are, which is part of it I think.

Poor error from Mbabu, but the goal was coming. We're struggling with the runners beyond Kane.

Offering literally nothing forward, should swap both wingers to at least give them something to think about.

Silly avoidable goal.  Mbabu resurrecting our worst faffing around of a couple of seasons ago.  Maybe Kebano off if we don't get a goal back in the first 15  mins of 2nd half and give Dan James a go.

Incredibly lucky to only be 1 down, Spurs look dangerous going forward. Need to change formation or something to give us some semblance of control in midfield. As mentioned previously I would have brought Diop on for Robinson and shifted Ream to LB. Mbabu doesnt look at all comfortable defending.

Wide players offering nothing. Our midfield is getting completely bypassed. Reed just getting passed around

We haven't tested 'Lloris' at all, we are too slow to break. I'd be tempted to make 'wholesale' changes.

Passing the ball slowly, just allows Tottenham to get back into their defensive shape.

In the end their goal was soft - Mbabau caught in possession when he hadn't been on long, but they'd had a lot of pressure and chances.

Need to get and keep possession in the 2nd half, pick up their runners, win the ball in midfield, make it a battle, hit them on the break.

This is a tough test, no doubt about it.

Sometimes I wonder how some of you see things - Spurs have world class players and a world class manager. There are going to be games like this one where we're under the cosh for 45 mins and don't create too much, we are a promoted team after all and every so often we will be undone by better teams, there's no shame in it. The fact is it's 1-0 and we're not out of the game by a long way

Obviously the games against the bigger teams are going to be difficult, it doesnt meant the team cant be criticised.

The problem we're having couldnt simply be due to tiredness from not changing the team this season. Our pressing definitely hasnt been as intense today.

Also could just be a problem with the system, I feel like we just need another body in CM as they're just slicing through us, and the 2 wide players arent in the game at all

At least we gave it a go in the end. Thought we were just a bit passive throughout, and Spurs played well. Some of the players who have played alot of minutes look a bit leggy. Its a shame we have no-one to freshen up the CM.

Will be one of the tougher games we play this season, and we only narrowly lost

Why do a few whine and cry so much about how bad everything is and then shut up when Mitro scored? We played one of the top teams in Europe and hung in and had a shot at a point in the end. I hate losing as much as the next guy but this is the Prem. There are six teams that NO ONE expects us to get a point off of. We played 'pool, Arse and no Spuds and were competitive in all three.
We are a team with duo gods, Mitro and Marco!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
