Interested to know why he is a good prospect in your eyes? surely he would be on loan at a better club than Barnsley?

He's been very good for the youth teams, and considering he only turned 19 last week his first loan out to mens football is to one of the biggest League 1 teams which shows the club really rate him considering they've sent the other decent youth team players mostly to League 2 teams

He turned down Barca because he doesn't like paella.

One or two players whose careers were not totally ruined by youth loans to lowly clubs:
Harry Kane (Orient and Millwall)
David Beckham (PNE)
Jack Grealish (Notts County)
Johnny Haynes (Wimbledon - then in Isthmian League!)
and Andy Cole (Fulham - then in Div3)
