Gutted as I really thought that performance deserved a point if not all three. Still, some great performances by individual players. So, who is your MOTM and why?

Haha, if anyone votes for any player other than Joao Palhinha then they are properly blind. 064.gif
What a player that boy is.
Paulinho no doubt he's class
Some incredible performances, but for me Palhinha is the only right answer.
Palhinha: he has turned the tackle into an art form.

He's done more than that. He's actually brought it back from the dead and in the modern game that really is quite, quite amazing.
Thought Diop played well. Looks like great value for money.
Palphinha
Palhinha. I thought Ream and Robinson had very good games, too.
At the moment 2 votes for Cairney and Willian and more surprisingly 1 for Vinicius, are you guys serious?
Normally I find it hard to pick one.
But today there is no contest.
Palhinha was absolutely immense today
Pereira for me, just a nose ahead of Palhinha. Both were great.
Palhinha - the man is incredible. He was amazing today - the rest of the lads also played well . I'm so gutted . Sadly I think someone will come in for him with a very large cheque and the promise of Champions League football . We must enjoy him while we can
Yeah, it's Palhinha. It's very rare that a player stands head and shoulders above the rest of the pitch but today (and most games tbh) he was equivalent to at least 2 players. He reads everything so well and has turned tackling into an art. He's going to the top, so let's enjoy every single game.
Palhinha. I will remember that performance long after forgetting the result.
Palninha but Pereira deserves a mention. Second half, the whole team.
The ref deserves a mention also, he should have been wearing his red shirt today. Did them at least 5 favours.

Well now according to Somerset you must be "properly blind" 🤣🤣🤣

Get the lad to drive to Barnard Castle!
Can only be Palhinha
Palhinha easily what a performance
Thought Willian and Robinson both had good games also, as per usual
Another good performance by all players but Palhina was head and shoulders above anyone else on the pitch. Just hope he can avoid injury and yellow cards for the rest of the season.
All played well but Palhinha was head and shoulders above everyone else on the pitch. 092.gif

Agreed. Leno, Robinson, Willian, Diop all especially commendable too.

It was Robinson's quick thinking that started the build up to the goal, not so sure about Leno, seemed slow to get down for the 2nd goal.
Hard to find a poor player, Tim, Willian, Robbo but for me Palinha. How long before a big club comes circling?

I agree, but I wish he could look to his right once in a while. Playing right back is pointless with him in the team as he only plays the ball to Ream, Leno or a massive cross field ball. BDR and Wilson were often in space but never used.
Just a footnote , hope palinha wasn't trying to impress Man U .
Palhinha all day for me, easy choice. He was terrific....
As decisive as a Putin election!

The topic of an early morning tea and toast conversation chez Carborundum.. The gloomy assessment that he's too good for us was met with a plausible-sounding counter. Any scout for a big club watching that performance would conclude that carrying on like that is an injury waiting to happen. Being the best and most enthusiastic tackler in the league is wonderful for us, but might actually diminish his market value. I know, hope springs eternal and all that.
Oh-No Ma with a vote... 064.gif
