Club statement
A three-year Club ban has been issued to a supporter with immediate effect.
The supporter, located in the away end, threw a pyrotechnic onto an area by the side of the pitch at the London Stadium during the second half of Fulham's game against West Ham.
Fulham Football Club would like to remind fans that it is an offence to bring pyrotechnics to a match. These actions put people in danger and can have serious consequences.
West Ham need to search fans more thoroughly on entry ::tongue:: .
I assume that is an incendiary device.

Try telling Liverpool fans about "danger" and "serious consequences" from flares. Bet we will see some pyrotechnics in the Putney End on Sunday, assuming Liverpool score of course......

Shame our club don't do the same when the Scousers visit us🤬🤬🤬
The trouble makers are few in number but make things difficult for the rest of us. They have to be punished when caught and can't complain about the three year ban.
At least no one got into the London Stadium with a bottle top.
Make sure you report any offensive language.

Given current season ticket prices he said in an interview he places to buy a house.
I was close to where device was thrown and it actually hit a steward on the arm.

Question, wouldn't it be on Liverpool to ban their fans?
It was actually a woman called Katherine Wheel

Fingers crossed they make a full recovery!!🙄
I always bring a Flame Thrower with me to matches, and i have never been stopped.
Although i once brought a Bazooka with me as well, and they took it off me at the gate, and then gave it back to me on the way out.
But they had no objection regarding the Flame 🔥 Thrower and quite right to. It would have made me hot under the collar and caused me to combust and sparked a row.

Yes she was accompanied by her boyfriend Roman Candle.
I recall a thread on here where one young supporter was adamant that flares are an important part of the match day atmosphere and completely safe. what a numbskull. I don't care whether its the odd FFC supporter or the far more numerous Liverpool fans, or any other flare thrower, they deserve at east a three year ban. no sympathy.
::scarf:: I keep my flares at home ... I believe that one day they will come back into popularity and I will be the height of fashion...

Don't even think about wearing a tank top
I remember when thigh boots and pink chiffon ball gowns were a common site at any football match or soiree. Now before you go into any ground you have to fill in a form asking what you identify as and what is your preferred pronoun and whose fashion label you follow.
Life is now very complicated.

I can see it all flaring up again.
You go to a supermarket and you can buy as much alcohol as you want but you can only buy 2 packets of paracetamol
Or in overwords you can kill yourself with drinking way too much you arent allowed to die by an overdose
If you wanted to do that you could go into the Chemist and buy 2 more then another supermarket etc

Wow! Amazing flares in the Munich end tonight. Great atmosphere.
No one wants a flare in their face so of course they should be banned strictly speaking but with stadiums these days being made from fire retardant materials and having well-rehearsed procedures for evacuation onto the pitch etc, surely the risk of serious harm is pretty low. They do enhance the atmosphere. Not saying they should be allowed but IMO ejection and a warning for next time would be a fair punishment.

Please if you ever feel desperate don't take Paracetamol to end life.It is a very painful way to die starting with stomach bleeding.

Can't believe you seem not to realise how dangerous these flares can be. Fulham have made a stance but I think whoever brings flares etc into grounds should be banned for life.

I heard Betinelli is serving three months to life for that.
Flares and smoke bombs are great. Big drums too. Lose the clappers and get a proper ultras scene going, I'll put up with a bit of smoke inhalation/second-degree burns

Google "child injured by flare at football match" and you might change your mind. Fan in Scotland recently scarred for life. Swansea fan left with first degree burns. And so on. It might look like fun but each time one of these devices gets let off it opens up the potential for severe injury.
