Just got back

We played a lot of passing, without much penetration, that is until Ryan's superb goal. As for Cardiff, IMO they are the worst team in the Premier. No attempt at playing football, just rely on set pieces and long throws.

Ha word on Denis, I think we're all a bit worried about him, a player who gives everything, a bit like Stan Brown, who received a posthumous award at half time. Hurry back Dennis, we are going to miss you.

I too have just got back and am trying to fathom out what on earth happened  to us in that game .Well on top most of the game but as Peabody reports not sufficient penetration, although Mitrovic should have scored a couple. We score a brilliant goal and then completely collapse for the last ten minutes when Cardiff had more than enough chances to win.

It's very difficult to play against a team who didn't come to play football just defend. They just packed their defence and relied on breakaways, it was only when they started to play football in the last 10 minutes did they put us under pressure and if they had their shooting boots and Rico had not played a blinder, they could have had a couple of goals.

Hope Dennis is OK, it did not look good.

Gents we still achieved a clean sheet and another victory.3of both on the spin!!!

Steven: A couple? From what Five Live said they could have had six!

But if we had taken our earlier chances the game would have been dead and buried by the time they woke up. No good looking at only the last 10 minutes. The reality is we deserved to win and did so

Goals change games and Cardiff changed their game plan when they went a goal down. Sure they had a few chances, but, with a bit oc composure we had several chances to break away and score a second. There were huge spaces in midfield and there is no way Cardiff would have continued playing like that if they got an equaliser.
