but I didn't notice any sign of Mawson in the training photos. Hope I'm wrong (very possible) or there is a simple reason which doesn't include the words knee or injury.

Mawson is in number 11 and 16 on a quick scan. Look out for the sleeve tattoo he has on his right arm.

Phew, can't help but worry every week. Hopefully after about 2 months of the season I can begin to relax. I believe that he could be very important for us this season if he could stay fit and match sharp for an extended period. Can't help thinking that injury is at the back of his mind still whenever he plays and only a decent run will gradually ease any lingering concerns he might have.
