Thought he might bring Odoi back to try to tighten up the back four a bit.

Same defenders = ?? gifted goals?? Poor team selection and don´t agree with Knockaerts selection!

Cav probably being rested & Knockaert given a run to see if he can start doing the business.

Cav didn't have a great game at Luton. Knockaert came on and affected the game with assists for the second and third goals. I'd say it was any easy choice to select him today. Let's hope he justifies the decision.

Happy enough with Knock getting another chance although you could equally make a case for AK or Kebano. Just feel a reaction was required regarding the back four after Luton. Personally rather disappointed with this.

Stoke have a lot of good players. Don´t know why they have struggled this season.

We have no alternative CB´s so we are stuck with them till next week.

Perhaps Parker's last match? Negative as it is I see a big 3-1 loss incoming.

Both with and without hindsight, I agree with that line-up. Would have perhaps preferred Cavaleiro to Knockaert at 3pm but in the end Knockaert played very well IMO, at least until he got tired.

Ream is the weak link in this team but we have no better options (MLM seems to have gone into hibernation and Odoi at CB isn't an option for a team aspiring to get promoted!)

SP

I'm sure Ryan Shawcross would be better off playing rugby, well done Mitro.

Without hindsight I didn´t agree with it, but with hindsight I perhaps do! Knockaert surprised me for 45 minutes certainly our best player, but then an awful 45 minutes by just everybody in our team. We simply can´t bury teams (except Millwall...lol), a long way from convincing me without hindsight that we are to gain promotion! With hindsight I might go back and edit this post!
