Admit his failure & take a back seat....his & the club's recruitment system isn't working, the club can't function properly without an identity.....

How many loan player's did Burnley have on the field tonight, how many loan player's play for Man C.......

You'll never build a club on loan's & last minute signing's....

How many injured defenders can we buy?.... At one point in the past we had loads of new goalkeepers & ended up playing one of our own....

Mr T Khan, you have to look in the mirror & ask yourself, what legacy are you leaving for the club?.....

He has also got us promoted 2 times, so in theory he is doing 50% of his job correctly, which is better than 95% of owners in the championship.

The issue he has is getting us to stay, not getting us up.

and please, who is the CEO/DOF you would bring in ?m not forgetting the vast majority of them also did not have experience in football before their roles

I'd bring in Hodgson or Lewington as DOF..... I understand both are out of contract....both have  vast experience of Fulham & football

Huw Jennings, not to shabby with the youngsters
Watching the ups and downs since 1958, wouldn't have it any other way, what a roller coaster of a club.

Can we have Brentford's recruitment set up please?

Not a bad shout, also their managers have to rebuild yearly as the star performers get sold, but they are always there or there about s.

With all due respect, it seems like you have just picked out two people you know with fulham connections who are manager and assistant manager of another club.

Roy is already 73. How would hiring him be a good investment ? in a few years he will retire. It would be a waste of time.

Secondly, i do not see anything that Ray would provide as a DOF/CEO. He has not been involved in any business side of a football club at all through his career. In theory you want to put two coaches you have heard of into the role of DOF/CEO

There would be absolute outrage on here if we were doing this every year.

I was just about to post this, If we could combine the way they find and process their players, plus the financial advantage we have to also invest in our squad, you would think we could move up the food chain. I am not holding my breath though that this would happen at Fulham, Whoever heads this up must be a footballing man with many years experience, someone we do not have at the helm.

Southampton don't appear to have a bad recruitment policy

A post of part time advisor to our DOF for Roy could be attractive as a gentle lead into full retirement. In this way TK could learn a lot that would benefit the club for years to come.

toshes mate

The thing I have learned about professional football clubs through the eras is that you have to take the rough with the smooth of any owners.  Sometimes the rough is something that must be dealt with as we know from those who have tried to damage us in very obvious ways.   But my elders and betters always told me to especially beware of the person who always promises but never delivers.  They can really damage you as an individual.

Let's be honest Mr Hodgson could do the job from home....he lives up the road, got great credentials - and knows just about everybody

And therein lies the problem Mr H, he wont admit his failings and thinks he is so much better than he is.
