How does this work? tried to put my ticket on there, makes no sense goes to buying seats.

Same with me. I can't make Liverpool so go onto Exchange to set up and I couldn't get it to work. Typical of the overall management of our club I'm afraid.
Probably have the new shirt in a couple of weeks just in time for the start of the season.

Me too-emailed the club and they did it for me.

Managed to get it working and one of my two has been sold. I receive £18 being the average per game price and the ticket has been sold for £70. Not bad business for the club

Can't make match, can't sell on Offal, called the Ticket Office to be told "Not opening it for this game as it would be too difficult".

Because it has never been stated that it would be used for every game, only specific games designated by the club.   Whether  'right' or 'wrong' them's the rules!
