Despair. Broken dreams. A lifetime of waiting.

(Plus entirely unjustified pessimism and ingratitude)

It's perfectly fine to take in friends and family wearing ManUre, Liverpool, Chelsea shirts when we play said teams. Stewards are more than happy to allow them to stroll around provided they buy an unlidded beverage

Once that we had a flight just after the game courtesy of a very helpful streward we have been allowed to bring in the stadium our luggages. Things that only at fulham may happen, I imagine. . .

Bump to this very old thread (with some funny pessimism considering we were faring relatively well then) . What are the rules these days?

If I ever get stopped carrying in my bag (perhaps 50% of the time) with a bottle of water in the bag, I always say that I need the water with the cap on to take my regular medication during the game. Works every time.  Having said that, in all the years I've been coming to Fulham I can't recall anyone in the Hammersmith End throwing a full bottle in the general direction of the pitch.

On a more serious note, I wonder whether there is a more scrupulous search of bags and bodies in the Putney End, especially when Liverpool "we strictly adhere to Health and Safety but we love pyrotechnics" fans are in town.

With all of these unsocial start times to matches I often take a sandwich to compensate for a missed meal, was not aware of any eating restrictions at the Cottage.
