Not music as such but if you've never heard 3D holophonic sounds, this is worth listening to.
This site is in French, but just drop down the page and listen to the examples.
If you listen to just one, choose the virtual hairdresser (coiffeur virtuel - 5th from the bottom of the list).  You MUST wear headphones to listen to this and preferably close your eyes.
Its very impressive.
