From fans that have visited outside of Matchdays, they've said it is a very busy venue, with people walking to and from all day.

A family member was there recently midweek and said it was completely deserted, was bad weather mind so can't say how it fares beyond that.

I do understand why people were annoyed by the 'local football team', that was terrible phrasing, but I really can't see anything wrong with the above, it's simply a turn of phrase for if people wanted to go there who can't. Really not that much to it, it's like how sometimes I say sorry if getting in someone's way when walking in opposite directions.

I do wonder how the tenants are goi to cover their overheads and rent charged by the club to be honest and if the food places will get enough custom in a notoriously low margin business.

Or am I missing the point and the fancy food places are open and tinie Tempah is selling his burgers on match day to match goers as well?

Totally guessing here but I imagine that businesses will have been offered lower initial rates as an incentive, whilst knowing that footfall could be lower initially.

I know that this was the case in Coal Drops Yard in Kings X. That took a good 2-3 years to find it's stride, it was initially really quiet but these days gets really busy, especially in the summer. They have the added advantage of being near tonnes of offices and Central St Martins however.

Must be, same as me, and, apparently, the lady who posted this on X, I guess.
Logical is just in the name - don't expect it has anything to do with my thought process, because I AM the man who sold the world.

Apologising for the inconvenience of it being shut to those that use it is just normal behaviour. Not sure what the strop is about.
