The promoted teams are much better this season. The team has a massive mentality issue to adversity. We generally come out from half time half asleep.

Marco seems to pick teams to make a point to the board. Plus he constantly picks his favourites despite them being in poor form.

His refusal to play a striker or even bring him on while losing is just shocking
