HAMMERS MOVE FOR ADAMA
The Club can confirm that Adama Traoré has joined West Ham United on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee.

Adama joined Fulham on a free transfer in the summer of 2023, going on to make 79 appearances during his two-and-a-half years at Craven Cottage, in which time he scored four goals and laid on 13 assists.

Everyone at the Club would like to thank Adama for his efforts, and wish him the best of luck in East London.

Good luck to him.  This is my best memory of him, almost 2 years ago at Old Trafford (from about 50 seconds in). A pity he didn't often reach that level with us.

His profile on insta has a reel on it of him playing very well for us against Forest earlier this year when we beat them, I feel he did well for us - and as frustrating as he could be at times, when he played well for us, was often unplayable. I think he improved under Marco, but mustn't be the best trainer, as I feel - given a run of games- he could've done more for us. I think he'll get that game time under Nuno and do well for them. Seems like he was a liked member of the squad and was a good pro. Wish him well!

He could be brilliant on his day, a joy to watch him in full flight, taking on defenders, and really put in a shift, but performances seemed to have fallen off a bit of late.

Good luck to him, maybe he'll help save WHU from relegation.

I also wish him the best except when we play West Ham at home soon . It might just be me but in recent appearances he rarely pushes the ball forward and out ran the opponent . Good luck to him though .

Always liked him, but felt bad whenever the whistle blew - he was ALWAYS getting called for the slightest touch - I felt due to his imposing stature - and would rarely get any call in his favor.

Best of luck except against Fulham

......but we all know he'll play a blinder against us don't we?

Thank you Adama - I hope it works out for you - with the obvious caveat

Best of luck Adama...
Just didn't work out, but enjoyed watching you bully defenders who were not prepared to fight for their 5 yards of space.
Will be odd seeing you in another teams shirt.. hope West Ham make them big enough!!

Best of luck Adama. I will never forget last season at City when he ran them ragged. If he had been able to finish it would have been 0-3 at h/t. Seeing him make Kyle Walker run out of breath was special. After the game Pep was full of praise.   Let's be honest if Adams's finishing matched his pace he would still be at Barcelona.

I think his best goal scored at the Cottage was for Wolves! A rocket of shot at the Putney and a goal that sent us down.

I will add that I was at the Middlesbrough cup game. When the players left the coach before the game he was one of those who took time out to acknowledge  the waiting supporters.

Good luck Adama.  ::thumb::

Good luck Adama. I think he'll do well with a fresh challenge.

Nice one & good luck Adama

Good luck Adama. Apparently the fee is £2m which is fine considering we got him for free.

Good Luck to Adama, there was always an expectant buzz about him coming on as a sub to take a run at defenders to see if he could cause panic, sometimes it worked other times it didn't, his end product could be lacking.
Not sure if I'm correct but I always felt he played better on wider grounds where he had more space than on the tight Craven Cottage ground where it was easier on teams to double up on him.

Down by the river

Everlasting memory of Adama is of him roasting McGuire and crossing for Iwobi to score the winner at Old Trafford.

I like him; his physical presence is the finest I've ever witnessed. Sadly, it's always about what you've done for me recently. Wishing you all the best, Adama!

I enjoyed watching Adama at Fulham. A very entertaining player, that on his day was a nightmare for defenders. He added a lot of quality in depth to the team. Best of luck!

He reminded me of a Red Setter

Loads of energy but no control
Remember you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
I will be as good as I can be and when I cross the finishing line I will see what it got me
