Centre backs

Yes we have 4 reasonable centre backs,but we haven't even got 1 good one that's the problem,we have a starmer not a winston Churchill.We need leaders and not followers until siva realise that we are going nowhere.Brentford got the old timer ex liverpool and Sunderland midfielder and England ,the ex liverpool manager,and England manager had him for his leadership qualities,roy tried to get him to us but he chose liverpool instead he is doing a good at Brentford many people on here criticised him you just need a simple ball to get bye but a certain presence on the field matters where are Brentford now ,who was in the liverpool side before the present manager the midfield captain which kept on winning titles under the german.

Bar Arsenal, Man City and bizzarely, Everton, I reckon we've got the best group of CBs in the league. Unfortunately we've got a keeper who isn't doing a whole lot to help at the moment.

What you've forgotten is that in MB's eyes whatever every other club does is right but in comparison whatever we do is wrong

Didn't Winston Churchill jump ship from conservative to liberal then back again to conservative...so we need a centre back that flip flops & flips back again - or am I missing something... personally I blame Tony Khan

The trouble with our cb's is they panic knowing you are warming up.

I do think that collectively we have four CB's that make up a very decent CB squad. However I also think that Mick has a fair point that there isn't one stand out who is also a leader at the back. Such a player would certainly raise our defensive bar but signing such a CB is easier said than done.
