Yes, Saturdays game is my big day,my Daughter has booked a corporate deal for me and her to come to the Bournemouth game. Yes, I am looking forward to it but on current form, not expecting to much. However, as its to celebrate my 80th year of being a Fulham fan, I'll try and be a bit more optimistic.

Staffs White

Coming down for this one myself and missing Wolves (much closer to home) next week as we are preparing to move house so couldn't do both

Enjoy and let's hope we keep the dream alive for another week

Have a wonderful time - you have certainly earned it ! Very good of your daughter to be so thoughtful. As for expectations - it would be nice to have another episode of " just got back "

Enjoy your day!

Mixing with the Toffs are you Mr. P it's a wonder you deign to mix with us rough Herberts on FoF. Enjoy the day and if you're not too high and mighty a little missive would be appreciated, as HV71 has requested.

I hope you have a thoroughly great time, regardless of the result, although a win will top it of nicely.

Sadly she wasn't

Fulham 442

Hope the team do you proud on your special day Mr P.  Once a Fulham fan always a Fulham fan, although I know it's not easy at times!!  My very best wishes to you.

Have a great day Peabody. I hope we win for you

Congratulations. Once you reach the 80s the next 10 should be a breeze - then just the nervous 90s to pick off. Fingers crossed the boys will turn it into a truly great day.

We'll raise a glass to you in the Old Sod's Army officer's mess for you while you're away..........so join us out of that hip flask that you keep hidden in your inside pocket....

Only joking, everyone knows you're a man of the people. Enjoy every minute and well done to your daughter.

Standing at the Putney End, enjoying the banter with the away fans, particularly the Brummies
5 years behind you old chap, have a wonderful 80th birthday experience (decent toilets one assumes compared to the Hammy End, very important for chaps like us!)
Invoke the "ghosts" of Fulham past and get them to bag us a win!!

Peabody

Not my birthday but my 80th year of supporting Fulham. I was 7 in 1946 and my uncle from Liverpool was aiting for demob and decided to take me to a football match, fortunately Fulham were at home playing Luton Town, so that was that, I was a Fulham fan.

OK Corporal Jones, your 80th year supporting FFC
7 in 1946 makes you 82 / 83 years young?
Well done, sir
Don't tell 'em Pike, turn that light out, "Walker, Walker..."
Enjoy your day, well done your daughter  ::scarf::  ::scarf::

Enjoy your day Mr P

You can always go visit the toilets in the Hammy End to see what life was like in Victorian times

Hospitality is sadly a byproduct of todays needs but you will love it, I have done it a number of times and it is very civilised especially as we advance in years

It used to be "I was there"
Now it is "I was there in comfort"
Remember you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
I will be as good as I can be and when I cross the finishing line I will see what it got me
