Definitely not a neccessity and perhaps something we should avoid; most PL experienced managers we can attract wouldn't really be much of an improvement on Marco, whereas Bournemouth's 0 prior PL experience manager just got them into Europe, and Palace's 0 prior PL experience manager has won them three trophies
