Hi All,

I have a weird issue with the One Fulham account stuff on the website and wondered if anyone has solved it before.

Essentially I'm in this weird situation where I log into the Fulham website with my new email address but all the comms go to the old email address I used in the mid-noughties to buy tickets (before this One Fulham system came in). Which is rather frustrating as I often miss ticket release dates etc. and have to log into my old email to retrieve stuff. It seems the update email box on the website only updates the email you login with  ::cry:: .

Just wondering if anyone has had this problem before and if so how did you get it fixed?

Thought here may be the best place to ask. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Hoping for a late IT technician signing on deadline day.

Best to call them and they'll sort. I lost 700 odd points by changing email.address!

Yes, I emailed [email protected], quoting my client ref number explaining I needed to change the email address they had on record.  It wasn't possible to do it myself but they made the modification without problem.
The world is made up of electrons, protons, neurons, possibly muons and, definitely, morons.

Perfect thanks so much. Just terrified to do this as I don't entirely trust our IT! But if there is a success story I'll give it a go!
